Meineke Oil Change

I felt kind of weird coming there. I had a coupon for a $14.95 oil change and he said no we have a better deal, $19.95 for oil change and tire rotation. He kind of forced it on me and I just wanted to get it over with. When I got my bill, it was 19.95 and a $5 garage charge? I have never got a hidden fee from a oil change. I will not go there again.
